By visiting this website or booking any service with BM Visuals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
01 — Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging BM Visuals for any photography, videography, editing, or visual media services, you (the "Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between both parties and supersede any prior verbal or written communications.
02 — Services
BM Visuals provides professional photography, videography, photo and video editing, retouching, and related visual media services. Deliverables, timelines, and formats will be confirmed in a booking agreement or project brief.
— Portrait & lifestyle photography — Event & commercial photography — Videography & short-form content — Photo & video editing / post-production — Brand visual packages
Any work outside the agreed scope is subject to additional fees discussed before delivery.

03 — Booking & Payment
Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to secure your booking. No date or slot is reserved until the deposit is received.
Final Payment The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session, or upon project completion for editing-only work. Final files will not be delivered until full payment is confirmed.
Late Payments Invoices unpaid beyond 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per week until settled.
04 — Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the full deposit and may incur an additional fee if significant preparation has been made.
Clients may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. If BM Visuals must cancel, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered at no extra cost.
05 — Editing & Delivery
Standard delivery is within 7–14 business days of session completion. All images and videos are edited in BM Visuals' signature style. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions; additional rounds are available at an hourly rate. Final files are delivered digitally in agreed formats.
06 — Client Responsibilities
— Arrive on time with all subjects present and prepared — Obtain necessary permits or location permissions — Communicate style references and requirements clearly before the session — Ensure minors have a parent or legal guardian present and consenting
BM Visuals is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by failure to communicate expectations, late arrivals, or uncooperative subjects.
07 — Limitation of Liability
BM Visuals' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. BM Visuals is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. In the event of equipment failure or data loss, BM Visuals will make every effort to remedy the situation including offering a reshoot or partial refund at our discretion.
08 — Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BM Visuals operates. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before referral to local courts.
