All photographs, videos, edited content, and creative works produced by BM Visuals remain the sole intellectual property of BM Visuals, regardless of who commissioned them. Copyright is retained by BM Visuals at all times unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered files for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking.

— Share images on personal social media accounts with credit to BM Visuals — Print images for personal, non-commercial use — Share digitally with friends and family

Personal use images may not be used for any commercial, advertising, or revenue-generating purpose without prior written consent and a separate commercial license.

— Use on the client's own website, social media, and marketing materials — Use in paid advertising campaigns as agreed at booking — Internal business use

Licenses for extended use, exclusivity, or resale rights must be confirmed in writing before delivery.

— Selling, sublicensing, or transferring images or videos to any third party — Editing or altering delivered files in a way that misrepresents the original work — Removing or obscuring any watermark or credit attribution — Using images in AI training datasets, stock libraries, or generative tools — Reproducing or republishing content from this website without permission

BM Visuals reserves the right to use any images or footage in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless a written privacy agreement is made before the session. If you require full confidentiality, please notify us in writing before booking is confirmed.

When sharing BM Visuals work on social media, we kindly ask that you credit us — for example, "Photo: @bmvisuals" or "Video: BM Visuals."
